This three hours course aims at providing students with relevant practical skills. In the first part, students will learn how to write good memos - an essential skill in any government or public policy organization. In the second part (case study), they will be asked to solve a real-life problem and to present the results along the structure of a specific type of memo. In doing so, they will apply the theory, exercise group work and presentation skills, and they will learn how to work on a practical issue under time pressure.

Ideal candidates hold a three year degree and/or relevant professional experience.
