What is work for today? People and businesses between expectations and new values

Presentation of the research on the value of work ASFOR-ISVI,  with the intervention of authoritative scholars, entrepreneurs and opinion leaders.

 

It is to understand the value attributed to work today, and the consequent expectations of people, that ASFOR - Italian Association for Management Training and ISVI - Institute for Enterprise Values conducted research divided into three phases, as part of the ASFOR-ISVI 2023 Managerial Learning Observatory.

 

The survey, carried out by ASFOR and ISVI, was sponsored by Edison, the Poliambulanza Foundation and CFMT - Tertiary Management Training Center and made use of the contribution of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.

It will be presented, in national preview, on the occasion of the XIII Leadership Learning Lab ASFOR, which will be held on 22 November from 9.30 to 13.30, at the Università Cattolica, L.go A. Gemelli, 1 – Milan, Sala degli Atti Accademici Pio XI
