Is the era of democracy coming to an end? Adrian Pabst, director of the School of Politics and International Relations at the University of Kent, in the book "Thinking about the post-liberal era" shifts his gaze beyond the dangerous polarization that paralyzes the democratic dialectic and divides society by disintegrating the bonds that constitute it, defending a vision that is based on the dignity of the human person and the search for the common good, recovering a vision of man as a "relational being" whose personal development depends on that of others. It takes up the British and French origins of post-liberal thought and, moving away from the American declinations, takes on its roots: those of social Christianity. Adrain Pabst discusses this with the director of the Graduate School of Economics and International Relations (Aseri) Damiano Palano and with Alessandra Gerolin, professor of Moral Philosophy at Università Cattolica.
