The main goal of the module "International Project Management" is studying the crucial issues of doing project internationally for Profit and Non Profit segments, taking into consideration the peculiarities of the area, and creating a system of knowledge necessary for successful Projects, business operation and company management abroad. The course is also aimed to provide a set of Methodologies and tools to manage and be involved in projects abroad looking also the political, economic and financial context of doing business abroad. The module is highly interactive and an active participation of the class during the lesson is highly recommended.
