Ignacio Lara holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), a master's degree in Markets and Institutions of the Global System from ASERI (Italy), a master's degree in Project Management from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) and a PhD in Politics and Institutions from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan (Italy). Former Head of Cabinet of the Vice-President of the Government of the Valencian Community (Spain), he has extensive work experience in Italy, Argentina and Spain, in the public, private and third sectors. Solid professional expertise in public policy, strategic planning and design and implementation of socio-political projects in NGOs. He is also a senior researcher and university lecturer in political science, specializing in international relations (energy geopolitics and regional governance).
