Pier Paolo Raimondi is a Researcher at the Energy, Climate and Resources (ECR) Program of the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) and a PhD Candidate at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan. 
His main research activity is related to energy markets, energy policy as well as energy geopolitics and geoeconomics in different geographical areas, mainly the MENA region, Europe, Africa and Former Soviet Union area.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and a Bachelor degree in Political Science from Università degli Studi of Milan.
